Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StudioGo service operated by Studio Pod (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

StudioGo provides real studio headshots from your uploaded photograph. We take your actual photo and relight and finish it to studio standard — your face, untouched — and deliver your headshot in minutes. We are not an AI generator: it’s your real photo, studio-finished. The service is available via thestudiogo.io and the related applications at /signup.

2. Your account

To use the paid service, you must create an account at /signup. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and of every headshot we deliver from them. We use your uploaded photos solely to produce your studio-finished headshot. We do not use your photos to train any model, and we do not sell or share your photos.

You may delete your photos and your headshots at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed from active systems within seven days and from backups within thirty days.

4. Acceptable use

• Upload only photographs of yourself, or of people who have explicitly consented to your use of their image in this service.
• Do not use the service for images of minors without parental or guardian consent.
• Do not use your headshots for unlawful purposes including fraud, harassment, defamation, or impersonation.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape outputs at scale, or interfere with other users.

5. Commercial use

Once your headshot is paid for, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your headshot for any personal or commercial purpose, including LinkedIn, company websites, marketing materials, press releases, books, and speaker pages.

6. Pricing & refunds

Current pricing is shown at thestudiogo.io/pricing. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your headshot, contact contact@thestudiopod.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Pod and StudioGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
