Terms of Service — AI Headshots

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Headshots service operated by Studio Pod (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Headshots provides AI-generated professional headshots from user-uploaded photographs. After uploading 10–20 selfies, our model generates a custom likeness and delivers professionally-styled headshots within approximately 30 minutes. The service is available via aiheadshots.ai and the related applications at app.aiheadshots.ai.

2. Your account

To use the paid service, you must create an account at app.aiheadshots.ai. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and of every headshot we generate from them. We use your uploaded photos solely to train your private AI model and generate your headshots. We do not use your photos to train any other model, and we do not sell or share your photos.

You may delete your photos and your AI model at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed from active systems within seven days and from backups within thirty days.

4. Acceptable use

Upload only photographs of yourself, or of people who have explicitly consented to your use of their image in this service.
Do not use the service to generate content of minors without parental or guardian consent.
Do not use generated images for unlawful purposes including fraud, harassment, defamation, or impersonation.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape outputs at scale, or interfere with other users.

5. Commercial use

Once a pack is paid for, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated headshots for any personal or commercial purpose, including LinkedIn, company websites, marketing materials, press releases, books, and speaker pages.

6. Pricing & refunds

Current pricing is shown at aiheadshots.ai/pricing. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your pack, contact contact@thestudiopod.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Pod and AI Headshots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
