AI Headshots is operated by Studio Pod (“we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Photos you upload. The 10–20 selfies you submit to train your personal AI model.
- Account information. Email address and password, managed through app.aiheadshots.ai. Optional: name, profession, team name.
- Payment information. Card details are processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers ourselves.
- Usage data. Pages visited, features used, and aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4). No personally identifying information is sent to GA4 beyond what Google itself collects via cookies.
How we use it
- Photos: exclusively to train your private AI model and generate your headshot pack.
- Account info: to deliver the service and email you when packs are ready.
- Usage data: to improve the website and product.
What we do NOT do: we do not use your photos to train any general or third-party model, we do not sell your data, we do not share your photos with anyone except as required by law.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos and your trained AI model: until you delete them. You can delete both at any time from account settings.
- Generated headshots: stored on our servers indefinitely so you can re-download. Deleted on request.
- Account information: retained for the duration of your account and 90 days after deletion for billing records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”)
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing emails

Cookies & tracking
We use a minimal set of cookies: session cookies for login, and Google Analytics 4 cookies for aggregate usage data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
Children
AI Headshots is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has uploaded to the service, contact us and we will delete the data.
Security
Uploaded photos and trained models are encrypted at rest and in transit. Card data is handled by Stripe under PCI DSS Level 1. Account access is protected by hashed passwords and rate-limited login.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced via email and on the site.
